Since the research involves human subjects, every article submitted to the Indonesian Journal of Religion, Spirituality, and Humanity must meet the ethical clearance requirements, including:

(2) Anticipating harms
(3) Avoiding undue intrusion
(4) Negotiating informed consent
(5) Rights to confidentiality and anonymity
(6) Fair return for assistance
(7) Participants' intellectual property rights
(8) Participants' involvement in research
