Through qualitative literature studies, the research examines various academic sources, policy reports, and case studies from Indonesia and other countries to understand the contribution of green mosque initiatives to current social and ecological change. The findings show that the application of renewable energy, water recycling systems, and congregation-based community management effectively reduces environmental impact and raises ecological awareness while also serving as a forum for education. Socially, this movement strengthens community participation, interfaith collaboration, and environmental education. Green mosques function as centers of worship and empowerment that unite spirituality, environmental ethics, and inclusivity</p> Khoirul Adib Copyright (c) 2025 Islamic Management and Empowerment Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.uinsalatiga.ac.id/index.php/imej/article/view/5026 Thu, 11 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Pengembangan Wisata Alam Dalam Memberdayakan Ekonomi Masyarakat https://ejournal.uinsalatiga.ac.id/index.php/imej/article/view/5220 <p>Community-based nature tourism development plays a crucial role in fostering sustainable economic growth. The method used is quantitative through a questionnaire to 60 respondents (16.2% of the total population of farmers and planters). The results showed that 66.7% of respondents were very interested in becoming farmers and 50% were interested in entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector. However, there were doubts regarding the economic prospects and the image of agriculture which was still considered difficult and less prestigious by a small number of respondents. The results of the interviews reinforced the findings that agricultural education, access to capital, technology-based training, and distribution support are important factors in attracting the interest of the younger generation. This study emphasizes the need for an integrated development strategy to make agriculture an attractive career choice for the younger generation.</p> Anif Muchlashin Copyright (c) 2025 Islamic Management and Empowerment Journal https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.uinsalatiga.ac.id/index.php/imej/article/view/5433 Mon, 15 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0000
