The journal invites manuscripts on various topics, including, but not limited to, functional areas of Management from Islamic Perspective, Economic Empowerment, Technology, and Innovation.</p> <p><strong>Islamic Management and Empowerment Journal</strong> has been accredited by the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (RistekDikti) of the Republic of Indonesia in SINTA (<a href="https://sinta.kemdikbud.go.id/journals/profile/9357" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Achieving SINTA 4</a>) since <strong>October 3, 2022</strong>. This research aims to find out the strategies as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of community empowerment faced by GP Ansor in Kunden Village, Wirosari Sub-district, Grobogan Regency. This research uses field research method with qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations as well as documentation from several previous studies. The result of this research can be concluded that the strategy of community empowerment by GP Ansor Kunden is implemented in several work programs such as PKD, Ramadan Safari, Inter-religious cooperation and Madrasah Al-Qur'an. This study aims to determine the role and relationship of stakeholder interactions in managing </em>Leuwikujang<em> Tourism Village. The method used is qualitative descriptive with observation, interviews, and documentation in collecting data. The results of this study are that the role of stakeholders is divided into three, namely 1) primary stakeholders consisting of four actors who act as coordinators, facilitators, and implementers, 2) key stakeholders consisting of three actors who act as policy creators, coordinators, and facilitators, 3) secondary stakeholders consisting of four actors who act as coordinators and facilitators. This study explores data through in-depth interviews, observations, documentation, and focus group discussions. The results of the study indicate that clean water management through the Darmowarih Tirtolestari Cooperative triggers social transformation, increased collective capacity, the birth of ecological awareness, and the formation of participatory governance based on local wisdom. This study uses a phenomenological approach to explore the strategy for strengthening religious quality in the abangan community in Dukuh Tulis, Gondosari Village. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Although the majority of residents are Muslim, the practice of Kejawen is still strong and Islamic understanding is relatively low.
