Abstract

Mosque da’wah in industrial communities requires management that is able to translate socio-religious mapping into adaptive programs. This article analyzes mosque da’wah management at Masjid Taqwa Ngemplak, Gondosari, Kudus, a mosque located in a cigarette-industry environment. Using a qualitative case study, data were collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews with two key informants, and documentation of demographic, economic, and mosque activity data. The findings show that the mosque has strong social capital through routine religious gatherings, communal solidarity, mosque-based learning, and the initial adoption of QRIS for digital giving. However, four managerial issues remain central: weak youth regeneration, limited local preacher cadres, industrial work schedules, and underdeveloped digital da’wah. The novelty of this study lies in the formulation of an integrated mosque da’wah management model based on socio-religious mapping, which connects mapping of mad’u, imarah, local cadre development, bil-hal empowerment, digital media, and industry-supported social collaboration. This model offers practical implications for mosque administrators and village stakeholders in designing data-based, participatory, and context-sensitive da’wah programs
